Manhattan Beach New Listings (7/27-7/28/24)

Summer days are good for a break.

Maybe sometimes, real estate agents aren't having their usual amount of coffee, or have spent a bit too much time in the sun.

This week, we see one listing posted to the wrong area (says it's Tree Section, when it's East MB) and described as a "diamond in the ruff." (Bark, bark!)

Another listing is described as being both in the Sand Section (correct) and in the Poets Section (that's East Manhattan!).

A third is described as "one of the largest and most versatile homes ever to festoon the Manhattan Sand Section." Sorry, no, "festoon" does not mean "to be located in."

And then we have a confession of sorts – maybe bit too much sun here, too – one listing seemed to us 100% to be virtually staged, and we were preparing to rag it a bit, before realizing, hey! that's real furniture! Is this a case of weary eyes, good staging, or improvements generally in virtual staging? Discuss.

If you'd like to bring that discussion to us in person, in the Hill Section, we'll be open both Saturday and Sunday 2-4PM at Edge's listing at 819 11th. Would love to see you there!

Open house times for new listings are listed below, but you can also click SEARCHES then "Open Houses" at the top of our site, which displays all the Manhattan Beach open houses. There are also links right at the top to Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach opens.
