It's another week with a hearty supply of new listings – 9 this week, to be precise – at a time when inventory continues to hover in the low 90s. (Much better than having the temps do that!)

East Manhattan continues to do its part by putting new options on the table every week.

1511 3rd Street, Manhattan Beach, For about 3 months last year, this home was listed in the $2.7s in mostly original condition, but did not sell. Now, the same owner and agents bring it back with upgrades to everything sort of where it was. Upstairs: No carpet, but now wood flooring. Downstairs, where the kitchen and primary living spaces are: New flooring, a new kitchen, much of the old stone fireplace removed from the wall (but not all!), and so on.
